The 12th Dominican Tourism Bourse (BTC 2008) will take place at the Hotel Jaragua from17-19 April. The conference focuses on the Caribbean travel industry, Central America and South America, with an emphasis on promoting multi-destination travel. Talks this year include a presentation on port infrastructure for the sustainable development of maritime travel, with Luis Molina, director of Sans Souci Ports, Tourism Globalization with Luis Callejon, executive director of the Costa del Sol-Torremolinos exhibition hall, Ecoturism in the East of the DR with Roberto Sanchez, and City Tourism Marketing with Joseph Garzozi, director of tourism for Guayaquil, Ecuador.
