Judge Keila Perez Santana has sent Elvin Acosta Berroa (Mabi), Jose Miguel Alcangel Ramirez (Kikito) and Jayson Batista de la Cruz (Jejey) to preventive custody in La Victoria for a year as the case prepares for trial. They are accused in the murder of 24-year old Marcos Leonidas Fernando Guerrero Pena opposite his home in La Castellana during an attempted robbery. The assailants used a SUV belonging to Jose Arcangel Serrano, father of Jose Miguel Arcangel Ramirez (Kikito) around midnight in the robbery of two i-phones.
