In November, Joan Manuel Serrat from Spain and Luis Miguel from Mexico come one after the other. Legendary singer-composer Serrat will perform at the National Theater in Santo Domingo this coming 8-9 November. He is including Santo Domingo in his “100 x 100 Serrat” tour. Mexican star Luis Miguel will return to the DR for a performance at the Olympic Stadium on 12 November at 8:30pm.
