Some of the most famous Spanish chefs will be in the DR from 5-7 March for the celebration of the Club Gastronomico Espanol Millesime gastronomic event at Cap Cana on the East Coast. Millesime is a gastronomic club that organizes high level gastronomy events around the world.
Coming for Cap Cana Millesime are chefs Ferran Adria, Adolfo Munoz, Quique Dacosta, Jordi Roca, Enrique Martinez, Mario Sandoval, Jaoquin Felipe, Pedro Moran, Marcos Moran and Paco Roncero. They have prepared special menus for the event. Tickets to the event cost US$1,000 and cover multiple gastronomic tastings on 6 and 7 March. There will also be a golf tournament on Saturday, 7 March.
The event is promoted as an exceptional opportunity to discover new cooking techniques and the secrets of exquisite products prepared by the leading specialists. The cooks will be offering talks, tastings and encounters on Thursday, 5 and Friday 6 March at the Club Caleton.
