The Registry Collection in Samana

Viva Residence has signed a strategic alliance with the Registry Collection, the world’s largest luxury exchange program. The first Dominican property to be marketed, Viva Residence Las Terrenas, in Coson, Samana, will make it possible to carry out vacation exchanges with similar property at some of the most desirable resort destinations in the world.

Rafael Blanco Canto, vice president for Viva Resorts and Eugenio Macouzet, senior vice president and director general for the Caribbean of The Registry Collection signed the agreement. Blanco expressed his confidence in the new alliance, and stressed that Samana is the next great destination of the country.

The Viva Residence Las Terrenas becomes the company’s only fourth destination in the Caribbean. The Registry Collection has 35,000 members worldwide with 130 properties affiliated in 25 countries.
