Merengue artist Rafa Rosario and his brothers (Hermanos Rosario) will be at the National Theater stage this coming 16-17 July. Amaury Sanchez is producing the Concierto Sinfonico, in which the Santo Domingo Philarmonic Orchestra will also participate.
