Pola Supermarket will be the anchor store of the San Juan Shopping Center that is scheduled to open in Punta Cana in November. The 60,000m2 shopping center will be opening with 83 shops on two floors. It will be on off to the north of Punta Cana’s Boulevard del Este, at Km9 of Carretera Barcelo near the Coco Loco crossing. It will include seven Caribbean Cinema movie theaters and a Farmax pharmacy. Its food hall will include Pizza Hut, Haagen Daz and Helados Bon/Yogen Fruz.
San Juan Shopping Center is a joint Dominican-Puerto Rican investment valued at US$25 million.
