Taste Santo Domingo is being promoted as “the most complete gastronomy event ever to be held in the Dominican Republic.” The event caters to people in the restaurant and gastronomy business and gourmands in general. There will be talks and discussions by leading Dominican and international restaurateurs and chefs and culinary demonstrations on 13 and 14 October at the Renaissance Jaragua Hotel & Casino and the Melia Santo Domingo.
