Foreign borrowing made up 42.23% of government revenue in November, according to preliminary data from the Ministry of Hacienda, reports El Caribe. This was above the average of 30%.
Overall, government revenue in November was RD$35,512,300,744. Of the amount, RD$15 billion came from foreign financing.
