To celebrate the 100 years of aviation in the Dominican Republic, the Great Air Show of the Caribbean will take place on 26 and 27 March. It will be best viewed from the Santo Domingo Malecon, along the Maximo Gomez to Abraham Lincoln stretch. The event is sponsored by the Department of Airports and the Dominican Civil Aviation Institute (IDAC).
