Viva Wyndham Dominicus resorts are extending a welcome to visitors with special needs.
Accessibility is an important priority at Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach and Viva Wyndham Dominicus Palace that wants to make sure that all guests are able to make the most of the activities the hotels have to offer. Guest rooms at the hotel have been fitted for the special needs of disabled guests so they too can have an enjoyable and safe stay. Both hotels have wheelchair accessible elevators and doors, wheelchair accessible restaurants, beach, pool, theater and other recreational areas.
The hotels are the first to make available special ramps in wood, with signage for wheelchair users. The hotel has Job and Job Walker chairs for access to the beach. The chairs are located next to the water sports office, and sports staff members have been trained to assist guests with special needs. Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach and Palace have 934 rooms between them, and their beach was the first in the Caribbean to receive the prestigious European Blue Flag certificate.
