The Edenorte, the power company serving the north, has announced that services in Puerto Plata will be suspended on Saturday 20 October for work to be carried out on the high-voltage lines in the city center.
It is anticipated that work will last from 8am until 2pm and the company says that this work should optimize services for clients in the area in the future, whilst apologizing for the inconvenience.
