Medina goes to Santiago, Punta Cana and Azua

Continuing to show up unexpectedly in different places with little or no fanfare, President Danilo Medina visited Santiago this weekend and looked over several government projects that are under construction but not finished. These projects included the Santiago Beltway and the Ecological Avenue as well as the Central Park. He was accompanied by the Minister of Public Works, Gonzalo Castillo.

President Medina was in Punta Cana over the weekend for the formal opening of the Four Points by Sheraton at Puntacana Village.

The President also visited areas affected by Hurricane Sandy in the southwestern province of Azua.
