President Medina has appointed five consuls through decree 653-12. The new consuls are: Felix Antonio Martinez was appointed Consul General in New York City, Crismely Lora Abreu as Consul General in Bogota, Colombia, and Domingo Ramirez is the new Consul General in Panama. Oscar Amaury Rios de Padua was appointed Consul General for the country in Miami and Frank Bencosme as the Consul General in Madrid.
