The Director General of the Metropolitan Transport Authority (Amet), Juan Geronimo Brown Perez estimates that 75% of the population have obtained their marbete n the vehicle tax for this year. He called on all vehicle owners who have not yet obtained it to renew before the cut-off date of 30 November.
He warned that once the renewal period had ended Amet would confiscate any vehicles that did not have the required sticker.
