The Supreme Court has set the date of January 28 next year for an extradition hearing against Ricardo Almonte Bernabe, son of the bachata singer Jose Arismendy Almonte Pena (Joselito.com), for 10 charges of distributing heroin and cocaine in the United States. He is currently in Najayo jail.
