The National Meteorological Office (Onamet) is forecasting some light showers for today, Monday 28 January as a result of a low-pressure trough over the Windward Channel and a frontal system that is located over the Atlantic. According to Onamet both systems are maintaining favorable conditions for rains, with most expected to fall in the north, northeast, southeast and the Central Mountains. Temperatures will continue to be pleasant during the night and early hours of the day. The rains should diminish tomorrow, Tuesday 29 January with partly cloudy skies.
