As is usual, Dominican creativity is having fun with the skirmish at the PRD political party headquarters over the weekend, in the ongoing confrontations between former PRD presidential candidate Hipolito Mejia (President 2000-2004) and party president Miguel Vargas Maldonado. The latest focus, nevertheless, is on the plastic chairs after TV cameras filmed people storming the political meeting and hitting each other with plastic chairs.
