Selling drugs in the Guajimia barrio of Santo Domingo West appears to have been a family business. Over the weekend, several family members of deceased alleged murderer and drug dealer Junior Javier Minaya German, a.k.a. Gilbert, were sent to preventive custody. They were arrested early Saturday morning, 2 February after a search by authorities found a variety of drugs in their house. The men were sent to La Victoria and the women, the mother, Hilaria German, Daniela Duran, the girlfriend, and Giselle Carrasco Jimenes, the wife of “El Topo” will be held at the Najayo Women’s Facility in San Cristobal.
