Yesterday, Tuesday 19 February, President Danilo Medina inaugurated a 96-apartment housing project, Colinas del Yaque in La Otra Banda in Santiago, built at a cost of RD$111 million. The complex has 12 buildings of eight apartments each with 67 square meters each. The families were relocated from the slum known as Hoyo de Julia.
