The Supreme Court of Justice has reserved judgment in the case that seeks to reopen the trial against the former director of the Dominican Agrarian Institute (IAD), Jaime Rodriguez Guzman, his brother Rafael Rodriguez and wife Reina Margarita Martinez. The court is presided by judge Miriam German Brito and judges Frank Soto, Alejandro Moscoso Segarra and Juan Hiroito Reyes. Prosecutor Yeni Berenice Reynoso presented the conclusions on behalf of the Dominican state, and Francisco Taveras for the defendants. Reynoso was accompanied by assistant prosecutors Bolivar Sanchez, Irene Hernandez and designate lawyer Laura Acosta.
