The National Meteorological Office (ONAMET) says that due to an abnormal front off the Atlantic coast there will be an increase in clouds in the east, northeast and part of the center of the country. There will also be some rain in the same areas.
However, due to the lack of rain in the south and the southeast, and the drought during this month, they are advising people in that area to begin rationing water.
