First Lady Candida Montilla will lead the Dominican delegation to the papal investiture ceremony for Pope Francis. The delegation to the Vatican will also include administrative minister of the Presidency Jose Ramon Peralta, Dominican ambassador to the Holy See Victor Grimaldi and vice minister of Foreign Relations Jose Manuel Trullols. The event takes place in St. Peter’s Square on Tuesday, 19 March in Rome.
