Ministry of Public Works has announced the repair of the Ocoa-Rancho Arriba-Piedra Blanca mountain road. Minister Gonzalo Castillo said that works have already begun on the Piedra Blanca-Cruce de Ocoa 83km stretch. The first phase to the Sabana Larga bridge will be completed this year. A second phase covers 55km of mountain road, providing access to farm production in areas where large green houses are located.
