The National Drug Control Agency (DNCD) has announced the detention of Pedro Maximo Torres, 49, a Cuban citizen resident in the United States who has an outstanding warrant from Miami, accused of drug trafficking.
DNCD spokeswoman, Jacqueline Lamarche said that he was detained during an operation at Las Americas International Airport when he arrived on a flight from Costa Rica.
