The members of the commission are Father Luis Rosario, Adriano Miguel Tejada, Dr. Rafael Emilio Yunen, Rev. Dario Mateo Mora and Salvador Figueroa Sanchez.

Presidency Minister Gustavo Montalvo, National Police Chief Major General Manuel Castro Castillo, Attorney General Francisco Dominguez Brito, National Drug Control Agency (DNCD) chief Julio Cesar Souffront and the Director of the Metropolitan Transport Department (AMET) General Juan Brown were also present at the meeting at the Presidential Palace yesterday Wednesday 14 August.
