The Caribbean Export Development Agency (Caribbean Export) is encouraging Caribbean fashion designers to apply to participate in this years Dominicana Moda to be held in Santo Domingo from 21 to 26 October. The regional agency has funds available to support Caribbean fashion designers showing their collections during the Dominican Republic’s official Fashion Week.
In the past eight years, Dominicana Moda has grown to become the country’s leading Fashion Week and the leading platform for the fashion industry. The local and international support that the runway shows have received has made it the fastest growing runway show in the Latin American region.
Dominicana Moda is a yearly event with around six days of continuous fashion shows where leading brands and designers come together.
