Lawyers representing the German families complaining about RD$60 million in missing assets after a raid by police officers have issued a writ calling for the Public Prosecutor for Puerto Plata, Alba Nunez to be charged for supposed complicity during the raid in the house in La Mulata III in Sosua last October.
Yesterday, Wednesday 28 August they also accused Captain Gerson Acosta Polanco and German Marcos Klaus Muller.
The lawyers, Jose Carlos Gonzalez, Carlos Manuel Ciriaco, Florentino Polanco and Amaurys German Castillo handed in the writ at 10:40 in the morning at the Appeal Court at the Public Prosecution office.
