The First Lady of Panama Marta Linares de Martinelli will make an official visit to the country, which will include attending a conference on autism and a visit to the Integrated Disability Care Center (CAID) that is run by her counterpart, First Lady Candida Montilla de Medina.
The conference about autism will take place starting 10:30am on Wednesday, 4 September at the Presidential Palace followed by a visit to CAID and then to the Basilica La Altagracia in Higuey.
