The story of pedophilia by Catholic priests in the Dominican Republic is making headlines abroad. BBC, Fox, CNN, MSN and local media stations in many countries abroad are carrying the story after the papal nuncio Josef Wesolowski was recalled by the Vatican on 21 August as part of a child sex abuse probe.
Attorney General Francisco Dominguez Brito says that although his office is aware of the rumors about the papal nuncio, Archbishop Wesolowski, he has not received any accusations.
