President Danilo Medina will participate in the 68th General Assembly of the United Nations. He is traveling to New York on 24 September and is scheduled to return the next day after his speech at the United Nations General Assembly on 25 September. He will take a commercial flight, according to the Presidency. This will be the second time he addresses the UN.
Medina is also scheduled to attend the 23rd Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government that will take place in Panama from 18-19 October.
