Police ask murderer to turn himself in

Police spokesman Colonel Jacobo Mateo Moquete has announced that they are waiting for the man who shot and killed a young windscreen washer on Saturday, 14 September, to hand himself in.

He said that although they have not identified the actual murderer, the investigators know the name of the person who owns the vehicle he was driving and have sufficient information to make an arrest soon.

Mateo Moquete went on to say that the incident occurred at one in the afternoon and that several witnesses have come forward with important information.

The man in the car was travelling with three women, according to witnesses, and became annoyed as the young man, known as Miguel, started to clean his windscreen, even though he asked him not to. Miguel then threw dirty water over the windscreen, annoying the driver who then shot him in the head.
