Minister of Higher Education Ligia Amada Melo has announced the signing of the Chevening-MESCYT agreement with the United Kingdom for the granting of scholarships for Dominicans to study in the United Kingdom. Ambassador Mark Fisher said, as reported in El Caribe, that the program will strengthen the relationship between both countries.
