Buitrago brothers back in jail

The judge for Permanent Attention of the judicial district of San Cristobal has sent the two Buitrago brothers to three months of preventive custody. Colombians Huber Buitrago Ruiz and Angel Maria Buitrago Vacca are accused of falsifying public documents and criminal association. Judge Jervin Nidel Koury believes that there is a strong likelihood that the defendants are responsible for the crimes of which they were accused, so he sent them to preventive custody to await trial. Their criminal defense lawyer, Ramon Pina Acevedo said that he was considering an appeal.
