President Medina is most popular in the Americas

Mexican opinion poll firm Consulta Mitofsky says that President Danilo Medina of the Dominican Republic holds the number one slot in the evaluation category for 19 American presidents. The study was based on online popularity polls compiled by the firm with the exception of El Salvador and Mexico where actual polling was carried out by Mitofsky.

The comparative survey released on Sunday, 13 October says that President Media is ranked first overall among Latin American leaders in approval rating, with 84%. Laura Chinchilla of Costa Rica has the lowest approval, with 9%.
