The Art of Living wellness organization in the Dominican Republic is promoting a course “The Art of Meditating” for those who want to make meditation a part of their daily life. The course focuses on teaching how to use meditation to calm the restless mind, concentrate and focus. It will be held 28, 29, 30 October. There will be a free introductory talk on Saturday, 26 October at 7pm at the Art of Living house in Ensanche Julieta.
