Panamanian salsa legend Ruben Blades is booked for a 14 December concert at the Palacio de los Deportes in Santo Domingo as part of his “Cantos y Cuentos Urbanos” tour. Blades is a former Minister of Tourism of Panama and winner of a Latin Grammy.
