The National Meteorological Office (ONAMET) says that a low-pressure area over Puerto Rico will bring light to moderate rains over the northeast, the southeast and the Central Mountains. The rest of the country will have scattered showers today due to the cloud fields pulled in by the low pressure and the winds from the east/northeast.
