The National Drug Control Agency (DNCD), in coordination with the Anti Drug Agency from the United States (DEA), has arrested two Colombians in the El Millon sector of Santo Domingo. They were in possession of an unconfirmed sum of money in dollars, suspected to be the proceeds of international drug dealing.
DNCD spokesman Miguel Medina said that during the raid where the two men were arrested, the money was found in a black bag in the closet and they also confiscated two money-counting machines, two vehicles, ten cell phones, two laptops, a tablet and dozens of bills and receipts.
