The Dominican Golf Federation (Fedogolf) has announced the construction of a golf driving range near the Santo Domingo heliport, on the Malecon. Federation president Juan Cohen says that the academy is key to attracting more young Dominicans and seniors to playing golf. He made the announcement when interviewed on the Deporte Global program on Radio Funglode, produced by Gilberto Soriano. The golf driving range will be built together with the city government of the National District (ADN).
