Anibal de Castro on DR nationality and migration issues

Dominican Embassy in Washington, D.C. has been active explaining the Dominican Republic’s focus on migration issues that had been postponed for years. The country now seeks to implement initiatives to legalize undocumented residents, including those that qualify for Dominican nationality and those that will be extended foreign resident status, student or work permits. The Center for Strategic and International Studies’ Americas Program hosted Dominican ambassador Anibal de Castro to the United States for a discussion on how the nations can build a more constructive relationship moving forward.
