The 1K-Nino RD 2014 is scheduled to take place on Sunday, 30 March starting at 9am. The run with pets will take place at the Feria Ganadera, off the Santo Domingo Malecon. The event is a benefit to raise public awareness of Law 242-12 on Animal Protection and Responsible Animal Ownership.
During the event there will also be basic dog training advice, animals up for adoption, free veterinary check-ups, pony rides, and more.
