Medina inaugurates five new schools

President Danilo Medina inaugurated five new schools in Santiago Rodriguez yesterday, 18 July 2014, adding a total of 91 new classrooms to the Extended School Day Program, benefitting 3.185 students. The schools cost a total of RD$222 million, as reported in Hoy. The ceremony took place at the Jose Maria Sierra School in the presence of officials, parents and students. The other schools were the Nuris David Echevarria, Eduardo Estevez, San Jose and the Professor Juan Bosch.
