Tragedy struck abroad when a Dominican mountain climber, 26-year old Mario Rodriguez, who is the son of the president of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) Mariano Rodriguez, died on Sunday, 10 August in an accident on the Rinjani mountain in Lombok, Indonesia.
At 3,726 m, Rinjani is the second highest volcano in Indonesia.
Rodriguez’s father told Listin Diario that he still does not have details on how his son died.
Rodriguez said he was traveling to Indonesia with his daughter on Sunday, 10 August to take charge of the situation.
