Preventive custody ordered for prosecutor

The San Jose de Ocoa judge has ordered three months of preventive custody to former prosecutor Jose Miguel Cuevas Paulino, who is accused of planting a gun during a raid on the home of a suspected drug dealer. The action was filmed on a cell phone video. He was temporarily held in jail in Sabana Larga before being transferred to the Bani jail.
