Former President Leonel Fernandez will be the keynote speaker at the 57th Lecture of the Americas. His talk will be on “The OAS, Democracy and Human Rights” at the Hall of the Americas (17th Street & Constitution Ave. NW) in Washington, D.C. tomorrow, Thursday, 13 November 2014 at 9:30pm.
