Dominican gymnast Yamilet Pena, who placed 6th in the London Olympics in her event, won a gold medal in the Medellin Challenge Cup (2014 Medellin World Cup) that took place from 7-9 November 2014 in Medellin, Colombia.
Gymnasts from Argentina, Colombia, Croatia, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Portugal and Slovenia also competed in the event. 21-year old Yamilet Pena won in the vault event.
