New discount scheme for Dominicans living abroad

The National Council for Dominican Communities Overseas (Condex) has signed an agreement with multinational International Strategic Partners Company (ISP) in order to offer discounts on Air Europa airline fares.

Condex and ISP have also agreed to work towards improving the lives of Dominicans who live overseas by giving them the benefits of Club Condex, which will allow them to make savings in the purchases of gasoline, food and telephones.

Condex executive vice president Ramiro Espino and ISP Chief Executive Officer Lorenzo Perez signed the agreement.

As well as the discounted fares, Air Europa will allow Dominicans a free piece of extra luggage, preferential seat reservations and double points will be awarded in the Air Europa Plus frequent traveler program.

Condex seeks to involve Dominicans living abroad in national development policies.

The document was signed in the Presidential Palace in Santo Domingo yesterday, Tuesday 3 February 2015.
