A systems failure affected all services provided by the Attorney General’s office across the country yesterday, Tuesday 10 February 2015, including the issue of non-criminal record certificates and other documents.
According to a press release, they are working to fix the problem that was caused by a technical fault affecting the servers used by the centers where citizens go to obtain the documents. Reportedly, the glitch in the service has already been fixed.
These centers issue documents including good conduct certificates, company incorporation documents, legalization of lawyers’ documents and translations.
