The One Desk Foundation from the United States and its supporters have raised US$30,000 to buy a refurbished playground and ship it to The Cigar Family Foundation in Bonao. The volunteers flew to the DR and spent four days in the hot sun working with the local community, battling mosquitoes and fire ants, to build the playground for Bonao children.
